All Clad 16 qt pot with stainer. Add hot water, 3500W, wait until boils,

(While waiting, fill hot water in golden bubble pot.)

Measure bubble in 5qt pitcher, make sure to break any clumps.

Once water boils, Timer 90 min

While stirring with whisk, add bubble gradually within 20s. Continue to stir until color changes.

Stir occasionally until once boiled again, heat to 700W, cover.

Measure Molasses in a big mixing bowl, measure white Sugar in a 1/6 pan

Once timer is up. Big ladle boba into mixing bowl, scrape & pour out when strainer is low.

Add white sugar, and whisk well, ladle into pans
